From approximately 0700 of the day, I had eye contact with unidentified flying objects. Presented a semi-inverted cone, covered with bright colors (with no apparent pattern) and did not show any kind of badge or official registration [ see image]. Some of them fell a few meters from my location, only moments later to take flight without taking any action. I decided to go to one of the vehicles to try to communicate.
Upon reaching the vicinity of a vehicle, tried to establish communication with the pilot following the protocol ICAO, which proved be useless.
In turn, the crew did not attempt to communicate and not made his intentions clear, hostile or not. Yet I realized that the crew were civilian vehicle that entered the human form (apparently) voluntary. This was surprising because so far assumed that all of us were in the place we intended to repel any hostile actions of the crew.
In a second attempt to get media, I noted that the inhabitants of this planet have a relatively advanced civilization, science and knowledge are peaceful as appropriate. Making pictures on the ground showed some demonstrations of this: I showed that we know about and how to calculate pi, we use base 10 and that we are aware of the heliocentric theory. All these efforts were unsuccessful. I detected no reaction on their part, and the few responses I got were clear of confusion and not understanding.
After that the car flew again taking civilians to an unknown destination.
